Gate Fold Brochures

A gate fold brochure is created when 2 outside panels are folded onto a center panel that is double the width of the outer panels. This creates a "gate" like appearance that gives this fold its name.

You will often see this type of fold used on legal or tabloid sheets of paper as a letter sheet of paper usually results in "door" panels that are too small to convey enough information.
